This very reasonably priced device is the answer to a problem I had with the heart rate measurements on the treadmill at my exercise club. Some of them were OK and some were obviously off, and they took 10 to 20 seconds to give me a reading. The Reebok watch registers within about 5 to 10 seconds and is accurate. It's easy to strap on and operate -- you just press and hold the two buttons above and below the display.
