This watch is working great for me. It's not as convenient as having a strap model when you want a reading, but it's only around 5 seconds and you also get rid of the necessity of wearing strap in the first place.
Its patented EKG-accuracy heart rate monitoring gives very good results (or it seems so to me). Search 'smart health USA' for detailed information about the company developed this technology.
NB:
1. guys with big wrists should stay away. I would say an empirical criterion is that if you are over 190lbs, you should be careful before ordering.
2. The product itself does not look exactly like the one shown in the image. They are pretty similar though. There is no `Reebok' logo on the watch itself, it appears on the package though.
All in all, great product and works fine for me!
