I am very disapointed in this product. It will only take my heart rate if I am not moving at all and if my hands are completely dry. Now, what's the point. I'm a runner and sweat profusely; it refuses to give me a heart rate as I'm cooling down, walking, or standing still trying to get a heart rate. I do not recommend the watch.
