It works great and is very simple. I somehow lost the owners manual before I even had a chance to use the monitor but I was able to figure out how to use all of the features intuitively. I don't know what the $150 dollar monitors do but this one is good enough for me.Get more detail about Polar Heart Rate Monitor - FS3 (Gray).
